Quickly becoming my favorite go to spot for a date night, The Painted Horse in Bartlesville has a great atmosphere and my favorite burger, the Cheesus! The Cheesus is 3 kinds of cheese melted over this burger and then topped with their homemade mac and cheese in a homemade brioche bun. My favorite part is that you still taste that 1/2 pound beef patty. Another great burger is The Hangover which has a fried egg, cottage style potatoes and bacon on top again with the 1/2 pound patty and on the brioche bun.
They also do some tasty things with the mac and cheese including the Cluck and Mac and the Pulled Pork and Mac. My wife enjoys both. We enjoy there appetizers as well especially the sampler with the fried mushrooms and zucchini.
As you'll see in the pictures, they also have a bar and a coffee bar. Lots of beers on tap and probably the best selection of beverages in Bartlesville. It's mid range on the prices but is very much worth it. Great casual date night or a fun place for dinner with friends. It's located right across from Phillips HQ at 110 SW Frank Phillips Bvld in Downtown Bartlesville and they are closed on Sunday.
